3. Engagement of services
Any accounting, bookkeeping, tax, payroll or advisory services provided by NKV are subject to a separate engagement letter, which sets out the specific scope of work, fees, responsibilities and terms applicable to your engagement. Where there is any conflict between this page and a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter takes precedence.
4. Fees and payment

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
